When you click on a student under Student Management, their Learning Information page will appear first.
The main view is a calendar format, showing the student’s monthly learning activities at a glance.
① On the calendar, you can view the status of Let’s Read, Let’s Speak, and Mission separately. For example, if you click Let’s Speak, the calendar will only display Let’s Speak activities.
② You can also add new Lessons or Missions.
To add a Lesson on a specific date, click Add Lesson, select the date, choose the Lesson unit, and assign it as either Let’s Read or Let’s Speak.
Example
Student A had Lesson 10 assigned on July 29. Student A completed the lesson that day, but struggled with Let’s Speak. As a teacher, you can add a follow-up activity by selecting Add Lesson → July 30 → Lesson 10 → Type: Let’s Speak, so that only the Let’s Speak part is repeated on the next day.
On the calendar, activities of the same type are displayed differently depending on their progress:
Top row: Activities scheduled for today or in the future (not yet completed).
Second row (✔ icon): Activities completed on the assigned day.
Third row ( icon): Activities completed late (after the assigned date).
Incomplete activities are shown in light gray.
What does “+4” mean on the calendar? This indicates that multiple activities of the same type were assigned that day.
Example:If “Let’s Speak +2” is displayed, it means two Let’s Speak activities were assigned on that date (e.g., Lesson 2 and Lesson 5, with one added later by the teacher).
When you click on a date with scheduled lessons, details appear at the bottom of the page:
① Let’s Read : Shows progress for each MDR step (including LAURA in the book), schedule, and study time. All steps must be completed for Let’s Read to be marked as finished.
② Let’s Speak : Shows the type of activity (Sentence Practice / Review Quiz / Roleplay), LAURA report, schedule, and study time.
③ Mission (Homework) : Displays assignment status if a Mission was scheduled that day.
From this detail view, you can edit or delete individual activity schedules.
Changing or deleting one activity does not affect other Lesson schedules.
Example:
On August 6, Student A (Stage 2) was assigned Lesson 15 – Let’s Read and Let’s Speak. The student was absent that day and agreed to make it up on August 10.
By clicking Edit Schedule for both activities and moving them to August 10, Lesson 15 will run on that date, while all other lessons remain unchanged.
You can also view a Monthly Report on the student’s page, which provides a complete overview of their learning for the month.
Reports are available from the 1st day of each new month for the previous month.
To access, open the student page → click Report (one of the three menus: Learning Info, Student Info, Report).
Select the month you want to view.
The report is automatically generated, but also includes a section for teacher comments. Please use this space to provide personalized feedback for students and parents, then print and share it with them.
Reports are only generated if the student had learning activity in that month (no activity = no report, even if the student is “active”).
